Innovation
The exacting demands of our customers drive us to develop ever more advanced sticky gluing products. The paper converting industry continues to undergo much change and there is constant pressure on production costs. We design and manufacture products that are focused on reducing waste and optimising production conditions to keep the total cost of production low, without compromising end product quality. As supplying globally, we are better placed than ever to bring our unique adhesives to advanced customers that can make the best use of them. Despite the fact that many of our markets have been around for decades, we still see opportunities for innovation and helping our customers create value for their customers.
Price influencing paramaters for our adhesives:
- ethylene products may be in shortage, depending on several factors which may vary from chemical to chemical (specialties). Semi half fabricates are impacting the price of most adhesives more than the price of crude oil.
- Changes in the raw materials supply/demand balance through the entire chain and are not only affected by the adhesive market.
- With an increasing economy, most petrochemical products may be in shorter availability.
- Raw materials such as resin and wax depend on the availabiltiy of crude oil.
- With oil and natural gas as basic raw materials
