MP 100 (EHM 5108) hotmelt
At intercol we offer several hot melt adhesive, most used in the food packaging and paper converting areas. Standard products, for versatile applications, such as our EHM 5108, with
- a long open time (up to 20 seconds before substrates should be brought together)
- short setting time (0.1 second compression)
- deep freeze bonding (down to -30°C)
- high heat resistance (standard +55°C)
(other hot melt producs offer up to 90°C heat resistant packaging applications, our waterbased adhesives which are available in 1.000+ grades may offer even higher temperatures, including 200°C oven heat resistancy)
Bond to coated an laminated packaging materials (UV coated board, PE/PP/PET laminated, threated (corona, plasma) boards. (PP coated board, PET laminated board, Metallised polyester (METPOL) Varnished boards.Wrap-around cases, Folding Boxes Bonding paper and carton - including printed and lacquered surfaces.
High density board.
High thermal stability (non coaling)
Resistancy to essential and volatile oils (bergamot and menthol)
Food contact approvals
