With hot melt adhesives you can reach optimal production results in the production process. Products going by on a conveyor belt, don't have to stop for applying nails, clamps or screws.
Above that, products will not be damaged, no holes are made, and no scratching occurs. Because gluing is only attaching to the outer surface.
Hot melt adhesives
are easily automated in production processes, with timer and/or detectors, just for a certain period of time a glue-nozzle is opened while the product passes by.
Hot melt adhesives act like instant adhesives, that can create an instant bond in less than a second. Perfect examples are labelling machines, that run up to 80.000 products per hour, but also box sealing machines in e.g. the food industry, can reach high output figures.
Above all, all our hot melt products are environment friendly, no solvents are used and most are approved for use at food packaging purposes. In according with e.g. FDA and/or European regulations, such as the European plastics directive (90/128 EEC).
