Waterbased and sprayable

Intercol can develop and produce under private label, water-based spray-on thermal insulation coatings. These coatings can be formulated with anti-condensation and corrosion protection additives.

Sprayable coatings are gaining more market share because of its ease of application for renovations and 100% coverage. It prevents thermal bridging. Adhesion can be improved with adhesion promotors and therefore application to many construction materials, such as coated metals, is possible.

Prevent condensation

Condensation can cause serious challenges for construction. To be able to apply thicker coating layers, which depend on the formulation, a layer of special insulating adhesive can effectively control the onset of condensation.
