Adhesive coatings

Adhesive coatings act as an adhesive film on a substrate. Mostly adhesive coatings are used on smooth and thin materials, closed, porous, structured surfaces. With high structered surfaces a hot melt swirl may be the better solution. Typical Adhesive coating weights from 10 to 150g/m2 are used on non smooth, structured surfaces.

We offer a wide assortment of hot melt adhesives such as EVA, PO, Metallocene, PSA and PUR. Each range of adhesives has it types with different properties and often customized adhesive formulations. These adhesive formulations are used in the automotive, packaging, converting as well as building and construction industry.

The requirements for an adhesive maybe temperature resistance, peel adhesion and sometimes specific requirements, like flame retardancy or sound deadening.
