Depending on the speed (compression time) and pressure (force) on your machine, it may be the adhesion rate or cohesive force of the hot melt. Depending on the exact problem, deploying the right hotmelt (eg very vast setting) is important. However, a fast-setting hot melt will often also have a short open time. Fine tuning on the several parameters is therefore very important.
My current hot melt initially provides enough tack, but flaps pop open at the end of the production line.
