Manufacturers of long products often encounter the problem that the hotmelt should have a long open time, but due to production efficiency a short pressing time. Intercol has a several hot melt grades, with an open time up to 30 seconds, with half a second pressing time. Ideal for all long cardboard boxes. These times can go up to 60 seconds open time and 5 seconds compression time, or even permanent open time (PSA) adhesives.
